It is therefore intended to expand the technical team to include the position of a sewing machine mechanic.
Location: Rastede, Oldenburg (Lower Saxony)
Your tasks:
- Install, maintain and repair commercial and industrial sewing machines, automatic sewing machines and systems
- Carry out regular maintenance work, replace wearing parts, readjust any play that has occurred on moving parts
- Replacing technically outdated assemblies, converting machine controls by installing electronic systems
- Instruct operating personnel from industrial companies
- Annual inspection of electrical appliances
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in the areas of sewing machine technology, precision mechanics or a comparable qualification
- First professional experience and enjoyment of the assembly and fine adjustment of high-precision manufacturing machines
- Experience with industrial sewing machines
- Basic knowledge of PLC control and automation technology
- Annual inspection of electrical devices: inspection according to DGUV regulation 3 (formerly BGV A3) is an advantage

Your tasks:
- Production of first cuts including all process steps up to production readiness as well as grading for technical textiles (protective clothing, insulation, curtains, etc.)
- Digitization of templates and data management
- Creation and elaboration of technical documents with photo documentation, drawings and sketches.
- Creation of parts lists, cutting position images for the various areas.
- Modifications of cuts in clothing and technical textiles.
Your profile:
- Completed professional training as a pattern director or textile and fashion tailor, or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the area of responsibility, ideally knowledge of DIN ISO 11612
- Confident handling of cutting technology programs (CAD), preferably Lectra
- Knowledge of using Autodesk Inventor (2021) for product development and construction for insulation in the component area.
- Confident handling of standard office software applications
- Commitment and motivation as well as a high willingness to learn
- Structured and independent way of working
