Heat protection fabrics from 600 ºC up to 1300 ºC


Fabric: short term use up to 600 ºC, permanent use up to 500 ºC
• E-glass yarn with a filament diameter of 9 µm
• no noxious or toxic fumes when heated
• Basic fabric smooth or texturised

Fabric: short term use up to 850 ºC, permanent use up to 750 ºC
• E-glass yarn with a filament diameter of 9 µm
• no noxious or toxic fumes when heated, highly resistant to abrasion an wear
• basic fabric texturised and with a high temperature coating
• ca. 1050 g/m² and ca. 2 mm thick

Fabric: short term use up to 1150 ºC, permanent use up to 900 ºC
• high temperature fabrics made of yarn manufactured with 9 µm diameter filaments
• no noxious or toxic fumes when heated, free of asbestos, highly resistant to abrasion and wear
• basic material texturised with a special high temperature coating and has solid woven sides
• ca. 1000 g/m² and ca. 1,8 mm thick

Fabric: short term use up to 1300 ºC, up to 1100 ºC permanent resistance
• silicate fibre with a filament diameter of 9 µm
• no noxious or toxic fumes when heated, free of asbestos, flexible and soft
• basic fabric smooth with a rigid - high temperature coating
• Weight: 650 g/m² and 1250 g/m²;
• Material thickness: 0,7 mm and 1,4 mm
 

The fabrics are certified acc. to: SeeBG, USCoastGuard and
                                              MPA Dresden acc. 4102-1

The fabrics were tested against combustibility and flameresistance.
